David Olend McCormick, 51, died Friday, Feb. 24, 1995. 

Services have been scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at the Richardson Funeral Chapel, Wayne City, IL. Burial will be at Wayne City with Smith Funeral Home, Sapulpa, in charge of local arrangements. 

McCormick was born Dec. 3, 1943 in Wayne City and had lived in Sapulpa the past 11 years. He was a district manager of Blue Mountain Equipment Co., and was a 32nd degree Mason. 

Survivors include his wife, Judith, of the home; daughters, Claudeen McCormick of the home, and Tammy Cline, Sand Springs; brother, Merrill McCormick, of Michigan, and Darin Hopper of Illinois; sisters, Annette Burgess, Illinois, Laretta Lawrence, of Nevada, Jurene DeGrande, Michigan, and Carlene Fry, Of Illinois. He is also survived by two grandcgildren.
