Hazel Gertrude McCrackin, 81, rural Sapulpa, died Saturday, July 21, 1995 at Doctor's Hospital in Tulsa. 

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Garden, directed by Owen Funeral Home.

She was born Aug. 25, 1913 in Mena, AR to George and Emma Chambers Ford.

She married Cecil McCrackin in Sapulpa on Aug. 12, 1937.

She retired in 1979 from Bartlett Collins Glass Co. where she worked as a decorator. She attended First United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Early Thirties Club. She moved to Sapulpa in 1930.

Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Boren, Sapulpa; a brother, Coyle Ford, Pampa, TX; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1991.

The family will headquarter at 723 N. Moccasin Place.
