Leo John McDaniel, 64, 310 W. Taft, died Wednesday, June 7, 1995 at Tulsa Regional Hospital.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Green Hill Chapel with the Rev. Millard McGuire officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens, directed by Owen Funeral Home.

He was born Aug. 31, 1930 in Sapulpa to Rayton C. and Thelma Faye Ruhl McDaniel.

He married Mary Ruth Streckley on Dec. 24, 1964 in Buena Vista, CO.

He retired from Climax Corp. in Colorado. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

Survivors include two sons, John Paul McDaniel and Ricky Daniel McDaniel, both of Sapulpa; a daughter, Harriet Mae Bird, Buena Vista, CO; three brothers, Cleo Jack McDaniel and Pat McDaniel, both of Sapulpa, and Ted McDaniel, Tulsa; a sister, Pauline Wilson, Sapulpa; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ruth, on Aug. 29, 1994. The family will headquarter at 820 S. Water.
