DEATH CLAIMS J. H. MOULDER, PIONEER HERE

Illness of the past several years and pneumonia proved fatal to J. H. Moulder, pioneer resident of Sapulpa, last night at the Moulder home, 204 South Division street at 10 o'clock last night.

Moulder who was 74 years old was born in Linn Creek, Missouri, where he lived until coming to Sapulpa in 1900. He has been a resident here since. For the past fifteen years he has been associated with his son, A. A. Moulder in the theater business. He operated the Empress Theater until the interests were recently merged with the Criterion.

It was during his years in the theater business that he picked up the name of "Uncle Joe" by which he was generally known.

Moulder is survived by his widow and three daughters, Mrs. Ed C. Thompson of Oklahoma City, Mrs. Fred Morgan of St. Louis and Mrs. Charles Richmond of Fayetteville, Ark.; by three sons, A. A. Moulder, W. L. and S. M. of Sapulpa.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Lewis and Landrith chapel. Burial will be made in the South Heights Cemetery. Rev. J. W. McKinney of the First Christian church will officiate at the funeral services.
