TAHLEQUAH - Former Sapulpan Blanche Olson, 85, of Tahlequah died Monday at Go Ye Medical center, Tahlequah.

Services are scheduled for 10 am Thursday at First Presbyterian Church, Tahlequah, with the Rev. Dr. Hugh Moreton officiating.

Visitation is scheduled tonight and Wednesday. The casket will not be opened Thursday or during the services.

Burial will be in Tahlequah City Cemetery under the direction of Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Tahlequah.

She was born Oct. 22, 1904, in Randolph, Wis., and married E. Ted Olson March 8, 1924, in Cottonwood Falls, Kan.

She was preceded in death by a son, Fredmund, who died in 1933.

Mrs. Olson was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Tahlequah. She had lived in Tahlequah since 1977.

Survivors include husband Ted; daughter Teddiejean Burdick of Springdale, Ark.; sister Sarah Lewis of Mizoula, Mont.; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
