TULSA - Jack M. Patrick, 67, of Tulsa, died Friday at St. Francis Hospital.
Services will be 10:30 am Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. J. Harold
Bryan officiating.
Burial will be at South Heights
Cemetery.
Mr. Patrick was born August 16, 1922, in Sapulpa. A graduate of Sapulpa High
School and the University of Oklahoma, he retired from the Army with the rank of
Lieutenant Colonel after 28 years of service.
After his U.S. Army retirement, he was a civil engineer in Oklahoma City and
owned Bioscope Manufacturing Company in Tulsa for five years.
He was a member of the American Legion, Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors and the Brush and Pallette Club of Grove.
Survivors include wife Mary; daughter Vicki Tyler of Tulsa; brothers Brett
Patrick of Oklahoma City, Warren Patrick of Ketchum and Bill Patrick of Vallejo,
Calif.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services for Jack M. Patrick were today at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev.
David Houchin officiating.
Burial was at South Heights Cemetery.
Casket bearers were Tom Allen, J.D. Lee, Clyde McMaster, Don McMasters, Robert
Powers and Harold Turner.
Mr. Patrick died Friday at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.
