John L. Patterson, 79, of Sapulpa, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey presiding.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Patterson was born Oct 22, 1911, in Gans. He was a Sapulpa resident most of his life and was a veteran of World War II. He was retired as owner of the Patterson Food Land a member of the International Order of Odd Fellows and the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife Dora.

The family will headquarter at the Abner S. Hackelford residence, 727 S. Quenath.

Funeral services for John L. Patterson were held today at Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Casketbearers were Kenneth Anglin, Larry Nagel, David Shackelford, Argil Shackelford, Jerry Naifeh and Pete Haley.
