Randy Perkins, 37, of 1228 N. 8th, died Monday at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, from injuries sustained in a recent automobile accident.

Services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at Smith funeral chapel with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Perkins was born Oct 12, 1951, in Sapulpa and lived here all his life.

He served with the Army in Germany and was a member of the Baptist faith. Mr. Perkins was employed by Frankoma Pottery and had worked nine years with the Burlington Northern Railroad.

Survivors include parents Hank and Faye of Sapulpa; daughter Amber of Tulsa, son Kenneth Wayne of Jenks; sister Brenda Stephens of Sapulpa; and grandmother Goldie Perkins of Sapulpa.

The family will headquarter at the Paul Pruitt home, 6740 W. 78th St.
