Mr. Amos Pipkin, 68, 1310 E. Cleveland died Thursday at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home.

Services will be 10 am Saturday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born June 8, 1918, in Griffithsville, Ark.

He was a World War II Army veteran and a 30-year Sapulpa resident. Mr. Pipkin was employed as a carpenter and was a Baptist. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.

Survivors include sons Don of Sapulpa and Dave of Mounds, daughter Shelia Rhea of Sapulpa, sisters Wilma Allen of Mountain View, Ark., Earma Harns and Blondell Vaughn, both of Searcy, Ark.; brother J. W. Pipkin of Searcy; and six grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Rhea home, 845 N. Ridgeway.
