Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2002, in South
Heights Baptist Church for Lillie Mae Beddingfield Quinnelly.
Todd White will officiate. Interment will follow in South Heights
Cemetery.
Smith Funeral Home of Sapulpa is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Quinnelly, 76, died Thursday, March 21, 2002, in St. John Sapulpa
following a lengthy illness. She was born Aug. 13, 1925 in Meridian,
Miss.
She married David T. Quinnelly Sr. in Meridian Aug. 30, 1942. He preceded
her in death Aug. 10, 1996.
She was a homemaker and a member of South Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include five sons and four daughters-in-law. David T. Quinnelly
Jr. of Wagoner, Steve and Connie Quinnelly of Mannford, Bruce and Rose
Quinnelly of Keystone, Rick and Penny Quinnelly of Wagoner and Robin
and Lisa Quinnelly of Sapulpa; a daughter, Herald managing Editor, Lorrie
J. Quinnelly of Sapulpa; an "adopted" son, Dan Dial of Springfield,
MO; 11 grandchildren, Lisa Weathersby of Petal, Miss., Kevin Quinnelly
of Sand Springs, Christina DeLozier of Pawhuska, Eric Quinnelly of Mannford,
Amy Tatum of Keystone, Travis Quinnelly of Tulsa, Shannon Harbison of
Wagoner, Scott Quinnelly of Keystone, Heather Quinnelly of Wagoner and
Joshua Quinnelly of Sapulpa; two step-granddaughters, Valeska Littlefield
and Shelby Rowe; 14 great-grandchildren; five brothers, Bill Beddingfield
of Saltin City, Calif., Haeward Beddingfield of DeKalb, Miss., Jimmy Beddingfield and Cyde Beddingfield, both of Holden, La., and Mose Beddingfield
of North Carolina.
She also was preceded in death by a brother; Edward Beddingfield.
Pallbearers will be Mrs. Quinnelly's grandsons, Kevin Quinnelly, Eric
Quinnelly, Travis Quinnelly, Scott Quinnelly, and Joshua Quinnelly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sanctuary
Piano Fund at First Baptist Church in Sapulpa, Building Foundation Fund
at South Heights Baptist Church, or the American Alzheimer's Association.
