Services for Jessie B. Redfern, 86, were Saturday at Reed-Culver Chapel in
Tahlequah.
Burial was at Tahlequah City Cemetery.
She died Wednesday in Sapulpa.
She was born April 9, 1903, in Braggs, and attended school near there. A
homemaker, Mrs. Redfern had been a resident of Sapulpa since the 1960s. She also
was member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughter Barbara Lackey of Tulsa; sons J. H. Redfern of
Chouteau and Richard Redfern of Okmulgee; sister Esther Turnett of Okmulgee;
brother John Breshears of Sand Springs; eight grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.
