Celland "Bud" Gerald Rippee, 68, of Sand Springs, died Thursday in Tulsa.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 am Monday at Green Hill Memorial Garden Chapel with the Rev. t. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Rippee was born in Mansfield, MO, on Dec 1, 1923. He married Opal A. Rippee on July 21, 1945, in Mansfield. The family lived in Sand Springs after moving from Sapulpa in 1982. Rippee was retired from Liberty Glass where he was a supervisor.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Julie.

Survivors include wife, Opal; son Kelly Rippee of Sand Springs; sisters June Sketo of Taft, Calif., and Jean Rippee of Mansfield, Mo.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 6001 S. 105 W. Ave., in Sand Springs.
