HULBERT- Clarence Junior Roe, 63, of Hulbert, died Tuesday at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa.

Services are scheduled for 10:30 am Friday at Owen Funeral Chapel with the Revs. Nolan Thomas and Duane Cowen officiating.

Burial will follow in Woodland Memorial Gardens in Sand Springs under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Roe, a former Kellyville resident, was a truck driver for Red Ball Trucking Company in Sapulpa. He retired in 1975.

Mr. Roe was a member of teamsters Union Local 523 and AARP. He was a member of the Maple Park Christian Church in Hulbert after transferring membership from the First Christian Church in Kellyville. He Married Frances Simmermacher in Sapulpa. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Frances, in 1985.

Survivors include wife Mary Jo Roe; son Danny Roe of Sapulpa; stepson John C. Hawkins of Fort Worth, Texas; daughters Regina Hooker of Tulsa and Cecilia Tomnitz of Sapulpa; step-daughter Susan Sanford of Fort Worth, Texas; sister Dorla West of Sand Springs; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The family will headquarter at the Regina Hooken residence, 807 N. Delaware Place in Tulsa, until the day of the services, then at First Christian Church, Kellyville.

Funeral services for Clarence Junior Roe were held today at Owen Funeral Chapel with the Revs. Nolan Thomas and Duane Cowen officiating.

Casketbearers were Melvin Stockton, Charles Walters, Kevin West, George Howell, Lloyd Husky and Lonnie Cather.
