Jerry
Lee Rose died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, at St. John Medical Center
in Tulsa at the age of 62.
He was born Sept. 1, 1944, in Sand Springs and had lived in this
area all of his life.
Jerry served in the U.S. Army Reserve and was a member of the
First Christian Church.
He was a retired heavy equipment operator for Sun Oil Co.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Milli Rose
and one brother, Darrell Rose.
Jerry is survived by wife Christina of the home and their
children and their spouses: Jerry Don and Tricia Rose, Michael
and Christine Rose, and Tina and Mike Barberosset.
He is also survived by grandchildren MeKayla, Nathan, Dannika Jo
Tanner, Randi, Justin, Emily and Matt as well as sisters and
their spouses: Clitha and Jack Wilmott of Glenpool, Cleda and
Bill Howell of Luther, JoAnn and Avery Chambers of Sapulpa;a
brother and his wife: Billy Gene and Linda Rose of Glenpool.
The family received friends at the Smith Funeral Home 6 to 8
p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, 2007.
Funeral Services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2007, at
the First Christian Church with Tim Dotson officiating.
Interment was in
Green Hill Memorial Gardens under direction of the Smith
Funeral Home.
