Updated: 06 Sep 2009 RUSH, Russell R.Sapulpa Herald, Creek Co., OK 03-01-1988 Mr. Russell R. Rush, 82, 102 E. Line died Monday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. Graveside services will be 2 pm Thursday at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. Mr. Rush was born April 24, 1905 in Butler, PA and lived in Sapulpa since 1908. He was a Methodist and was employed as a truck driver in the oil fields for Universal Well Service. Survivors include son Arthur Clyde; brother Gerald; sister Jane Miller all of Sapulpa. The family will headquarter at 518 S. Park on the day of the service.
