Mable May Schoneberg, 86, of Mannford died Tuesday at Cimmaron Pointe Nursing Center.

Services are pending with Owen Funeral Home.

She was born Nov. 29, 1902, in Weir, KS, and married George Schoneberg July 26, 1927, in Pittsburg, KS.

Mrs. Schoneberg moved to the Mannford area from Greenville, TX, seven years ago. She was a retired school teacher and a graduate of Kansas State College, Pittsburg, KS.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Baldwin City, Ks, and the Order of the Eastern Star in Baldwin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George, in 1976.

Survivors include son George B. Schoneberg of Greenville; daughter Ann Stein of Charlemont, MA; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
