Margaret Lucille Shockey, 88, 924 S. Oklahoma, Sapulpa, died Tuesday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Center.

No local services will be held. Local arrangements are under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

She was born Nov 23, 1904, in Kansas. She married Author Shockey in 1940, in Moab, Utah. A homemaker on the family ranch until her husband's death in 1964, she was a member of the Church of the Latter Day Saints. She recently moved to Sapulpa from Dodge City, Kansas.

Survivors include her son, Ormond Hood of Sapulpa; daughter, Audrie Mae Overly of Dodge City, Kan.; and fifteen grandchildren.
