Hazel Simpson, 68, Rt. 4, Sapulpa, died Friday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Monday, at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Jeff Canler officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Oct 9, 1924, in Spiro. A homemaker, she resided in the Sapulpa and Sand Springs area for fifty years.

Survivors include her husband, Claude; mother, Katie Mixon of Sapulpa; sons, James Simpson of Sapulpa and Alan Simpson of Sherman, Texas; daughter, Claudia Baker of Sand Springs; three brothers; four sisters; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Simpson, a long-time Sapulpa resident, died Friday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.
