Tammy LyNette Simpson, 24, 204 Hickory Hill Road, died Sunday at St. Johns Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday at 10:30 am at the First Baptist Church of Sapulpa with Rev. David Houchin officiating.

Burial will follow at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Simpson was born Dec 5, 1968 in Lindsay, Okla. To Gary and Linda Holden Simpson.

She is survived by her parents Gary and Linda Simpson of the home, sister Tracy Simpson of the home, and grandmother Marie Simpson of Lindsay.
