Mary M. Sizemore, age 91, of Drumright, formerly of Oilton, passed away on Monday, Aug. 10, 2009, at her home in Drumright. Funeral services will be held on 1 p.m. , Friday, Aug. 14, 2009, at River of Life Church in Drumright. Pastor Kevin Vogele will officiate. Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Oilton.

Arrangements are entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Oilton.

Mary was born on May 16, 1918, in Wagoner to the late Sherman and Grace (Rhodes ) Halcomb. She grew up in Boston Pool near Cleveland, attending Boston Pool schools. Mary married Sub Sizemore on Nov. 21, 1932. They lived in Oilton prior to moving to Drumright in 1963. She was a homemaker.

Mary enjoyed crocheting, yard work and gardening, camping, fishing, canning and sewing. She was a member of the River of Life Church in Drumright.

Mary is survived by her daughter Maxine Creekmore of Drumright, grandchildren Rhonda Lickliter and husband Tommy, Tammy McCombie, and Bobby Reed; great-grandchildren Yolanda Marriott and husband Scott, Tina Layton and husband Larry; great-great-grandchildren Nicole Orr, Cyndle Orr, Latasha Orr and Courtney Lorett, great-great-great grandchild Crystal Orr, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Sub Sizemore and one daughter, one sister and three brothers.
