Agnes M. Smith, 86, 310 W. Taft, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:30 am Tuesday in South Heights Cemetery with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

She was born June 23, 1904, in Alpin, Ark., and married Claude Smith in Tulsa in 1940. They moved to Sapulpa in 1949. She was preceded in death by her husband Claude in 1973 and step-daughter Cristina MacWilliams in February of this year.

Survivors include sons Roy Robbins of Sand Springs, Jerry Smith of Kellyville, and Gary Smith of Sapulpa, step-sons Jack Smith, Alvin Smith and Dan Smith, all of Beggs, Tom Smith of Sand Springs; step daughters Martha Milford of Tulsa and Oma Dixon of Beggs; sister Jewell Dalby of Tulsa; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Jerry Smith residence in Kellyville.
