BIXBY - Graveside services for Charles Robert (Bob) Smith were held today at Bixby Cemetery with the Rev. Vern Wilkinson officiating.

Burial followed under the direction of Leonard Funeral Home.

Mr. Smith, 77, a former Kiefer resident, died Monday in Bixby.

He was a member of First Christian Church, Kiefer, and a longtime member of the I.O.O.F. Lodge. He was employed as an oilfield superintendent.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Juanita Holderman.

Survivors include wife Opal Earp Smith; sons Charles R. Smith of Ponca City and Ronald E. Smith of Tulsa; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
