The service for Rhonda Smith, 34, will be at 2 pm Monday at the Glenwood Assembly of God church, with the Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.

She died Friday at her home. Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens. 

She was born July 7, 1958, in Tulsa and was a Sapulpa resident all of her life, as well as a graduate of Sapulpa High School. She was a member of the Glenwood Assembly of God Church.

On July 30, 1976, she married Mike Smith in Sapulpa.

Survivors include her husband Mike, of the home; two sons, Michael Scott and Ryan James, of the home; her parents, Jack Smith, Tulsa, and mother Helen Livingston, Sapulpa; two brothers, Philip Smith of Mannford and Tommy Livingston, Sapulpa; two sisters, Cathy Williams, Sapulpa and Shawna Moore, Tulsa; and grandmother [last lines unreadable]
