GLENPOOL - Edward Thomas Spain, 50, of Glenpool, died Monday at Saint Francis
Hospital, Tulsa.
Services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday at Owen Funeral Chapel with the Rev.
Andrew Young officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Gardens in Henderson, N.C.
Mr. Spain moved to Sapulpa from Henderson 12 years ago. He married Linda Sanford
July 3, 1964, in Hanford, Calif.
He was employed by Davco of Tulsa in drywall construction.
Survivors include wife Linda; daughters Pamela Williamson of Tulsa, and Sherry
York of Randleman, N.C.; sons Richard Spain and Edward Spain Jr., both of Tulsa,
and Terry Spain of Randleman; sister Betty Ball of Henderson; brothers Gene
Spain of Raleigh, N.C., John Spain of Baltimore, Md., and Erwin Spain of
Henderson; and 14 grandchildren.
The family will headquarter at the Spain residence in Glenpool.

Funeral services for Edward Thomas Spain were held today at Owen Funeral Chapel
with the Rev. Andrew Young officiating.
Burial was at Sunset Gardens, Henderson, N.C.
Mr. Spain, 50, of Glenpool, died Monday at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.
He moved to the Sapulpa area from Henderson and was employed by the Davco Co. of
Tulsa as a drywall contractor. He married Linda Hill July 3, 1964, in Hanford,
Calif.
Survivors include wife Linda; daughters Pamela Williamson of Tulsa and Sherry
York of Randleman, N.C.; sons Richard Price and Edward Spain Jr., both of Tulsa,
and Terry Spain of Randleman; sister Betty Ball of Henderson; brothers Gene
Spain and John Spain, both of Raleigh, and 14 grandchildren.
