Mary Frances Spear, 61, Boca Raton, Fla., died Saturday at the Shandies Teaching Hospital in Gainesville, Fla. Mrs. Spear came to the area 18 years ago from Bradenton, Fla.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at the Church of the Nazarene, Pompano Beach, Fla.

Burial will follow under the direction of Krater Pompano Beach Funeral Home.

Survivors include husband Dr. Robert Spear; sons James Wesley Spear of Sapulpa, Robert Allen Spear of Pompano Beach; daughter Mrs. Roberta Joy Wilson of Marion, Ohio; sister Christine Logsdon of Clearwater, La; mother Marie Carter of Titusville, Fla.

Visitation will be from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm. In lieu of other remembrances, contributions may be made to the Frances Spear Memorial Fund to be used for financial assistance to the ministers of the south Florida district.
