Wade Spears, 74, of Sapulpa, died Friday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. 

Services will be 2pm Monday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel. 

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. 

Mr. Spears was born Nov 23, 1915, in Oklahoma. He had been a Sapulpa resident since 1940. He was a retired carpenter and a Baptist. 

Survivors include wife Lorene; sons Bill Spears and Charles Spears, both of Sapulpa, and Francis Spears of Brighton, CO; brother Oswald Spears of Gore and two grandchildren. 

Mr. Spears will lie in state at the funeral home until 1pm Monday and the casket will not be opened at the service.

Services for Wade Spears, 805 N. Main, were today at Green Hill Memorial Gardens with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating. 

Arrangements were under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
