William Edgar Spellins, 67, 1507 S. 81st W. Ave., died Tuesday at his home.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at Woodland Memorial Park, Sand Springs, with the Revs. Norman Quik and Russell Vicars officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Spellins was born Sept. 30, 1924, in Scranton, AR, and moved to this area from Arkansas 49 years ago. He married his wife, Mary Ellen, Sept. 21, 1943, in Tulsa. He retired in 1986 from Worsham Tank Company and was a member of Broadway Baptist Church in Sand Springs.

Survivors include wife, Mary Ellen; son Donald Spellins of Tulsa; daughters Ann Moore and Carol Minton, both of Sand Springs; sisters Pauline Grissom of Arkansas and Lorene Emigh and Margie Glover, both of Tulsa; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
