Joan Thomas, 55, Sapulpa, died Sunday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 10 am Tuesday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Gerald Byrd officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born September 25, 1934, in Bristow, and had lived in the Sapulpa area all of her life. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.

Survivors include son Dale Thomas of Jenks and one grandson.
