MOUNDS - Leroy Eugene Thompson, 52, Rt. 3, of Mounds, died Sunday at his home.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at South Heights Cemetery with the Rev. t. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Thompson was born April 2, 1938, in Phoenix, Ariz. and moved to Sapulpa shortly after his birth. He lived most of his life in the area, and was a self-employed handyman.

Survivors include mother Nanny E. Thompson; brothers, Clifford E. Thompson of Mounds, Gerald D. Thompson of Tulsa and Jack R. Thompson of Depew.

He was preceded in death by brothers Joe H. Thompson, Bufford Thompson and sister Lorina Asher.

The casket will be closed at all times and there will be no visitation.

The family will headquarter at the Thompson home in rural Mounds.

Mr. Thompson was a lifelong Mounds area resident after he moved here from Phoenix, Ariz.
