DRUMRIGHT —Fred Tindle, a Drumright  business man charged with assault with intent to kill, has been bound over by Justice of Peace, H. C. Clements, in the sum of $2,500. He will be tried at the October term of court. Tindle is alleged to have shot W. N. Parker of 0ilton on Sept 10., His friends declare he is a victim of circumstances and that he did not shoot Parker and was not present when the shooting occurred.

DRUMRIGHT --Earl Anderson and J. Arthur Wilson left yesterday for New York City to join the American  Red Cross for overseas service. They will be sent to France within the next few days. Anderson and Wilson had served as deputy sheriffs during the past two years in Creek county. They resigned and entered the Red Cross service.
