Ira E. Titus, 70, 5124 W. 3rd St. Tulsa, was found dead in his home Wednesday.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Green Hill Chapel with the Rev. Gerald Byrd officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Nephews of Mr. Titus will serve as honorary casket bearers. The casket will not be opened at any time.

He was born Aug. 31, 1918, in Washington Co., AR

He worked for Braden Steel Co., in Tulsa as welder. He retired in 1980 after 30 years with the company.

He also served in World War II and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Cooper.

Survivors include brothers W. A. of Bristow and Tracy of Sapulpa; and sisters Phebie Solan, Flora Tunnell and Ruby Wall, all of Sapulpa, and Edna Gaines of Sand Springs.
