Maude Turnbull, 89, 310 W. Taft, died Tuesday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.

Services will be 11 am Friday at the First Christian Church with Russell Casey and Gerald Rendell officiating.

Burial will be at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Nov 22, 1900, in Buffalo, MO, and moved to the Mounds area in 1905.

Mrs. Turnbull was a member of the First Christian Church and was charter member of the Anthem Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Turnbull.

Survivors include daughter Betty Billingsley of Tulsa; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The family asks that friends contribute to their favorite charity in Mrs. Turnbull's honor.

Services for Mrs. Maude Turnbull were held today at the First Christian Church with Russell Casey and Gerald Rendell officiating.

Casket bearers were Jim Brown, Dr. J.W. Frederick, Kenneth Turnbull, Buck Hupman, David Main and John March.

Mrs. Turnbull, a resident of this area since 1905, died Tuesday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.
