Gary Wayne VARNER, 42, of Mannford, died Friday at Tulsa Regional Health Center as the result of injuries received in an auto accident.

Funeral services were held at 2 pm today, at Friendship Community Church in Mannford with Rev. Gene Varnell officiating.

Burial was held in the Oakhill Cemetery in Mannford under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Jan 5, 1951, in Tulsa. Mr. VARNER was a resident of Mannford since 1962 and was employed as a manager for C-Cam Corporation in Sand Springs. He served in the National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Varner in 1989.

Survivors include his wife, Belinda; father, James E. VARNER of Mannford; sons, Chris and Brian VARNER, and Walter BURLISON, all of Mannford; daughter, Laci BURLISON of Mannford; brothers, Michael and Terry VARNER, both of Mannford; one granddaughter.

Casket bearers were Danny LUNSFORD, Paul HARDING, Charlie SAMS, Mike VARNER and Steve MILLER.

Honorary bearers were Joe BENNETT, Henry REBORN, Lynn COATS, Tim BURKE and Merle SCOTT.
