Ruth Cozette Way, 74, of Langley, died Friday in Tulsa.

Funeral services were held at 2 pm Tuesday at Wilson-Cunningham Funeral Home Chapel in Pryor with Rev. John Saez officiating.

She was born July 8, 1918, in Thayer, MO to John and Alta Nelson Edwards. She lived and attended school in Tahyer. She married George Way on September 5, 1940, in Thayer. She was a member of the Assembly of God faith. A resident of Langley for 21 years, she moved there from Tulsa.

Survivors include her husband, George; son, J. C. Way of Sapulpa; daughter, Georgia Ruth Hollingshead of Tulsa; sisters, Ruby Johnson and Shirley Park, both of West Plains, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
