Carolyn Lou Weins, 59, of Sapulpa, died Tuesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 2 pm Friday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will be at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Aug 21, 1931 in Sapulpa and lived here all of her life. She was a member of First Christian Church and had been employed as a secretary.

Survivors include mother, Esther Harris of Sapulpa; sons Rod Chambers and Robert L. Chambers, Jr., both of Sapulpa; daughter Cindy Chambers West of Sapulpa; sister Phyllis Johnson of Tulsa; brother Rod.
