Sarah H. West, 68, 800 S. Bixby, died Sunday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Date, time and location of services are pending. Burial will be under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born April 5, 1925, in Kaw City, Okla. and lived in Sapulpa for the past 65 years. She attended Sapulpa Schools and was a homemaker.

Survivors include husband, Jack W. West of the home; sons, Shawney West of Shreveport, La.; Monte West of the home; Kenneth West of Shreveport, La.; Fred West of Lawrence, Ks.; and Scott West of Tulsa; daughters Jackie Hutchins of Kellyville; Barbara Crutchfield of Sapulpa; Evelyne Canady of Sapulpa and Mary Jo Stephens of Sapulpa; brothers Archie Pickering and Daniel Henry Hayes both of Oklahoma City and James Pickering of Sapulpa; and 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 806 S. Bixby.

Funeral services for Sarah H. West have been set for 2 p.m. Thursday in the Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. John Hall and Rev. Overton Washington officiating.

Interment is to follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Serving as casketbearers will be Damon Koshiway, Michael Crutchfield, Robert Hutchins, Bruce Hutchins, Neil West, Steven Campbell, Nicholas West and Monty Campbell, all grandsons to West.

West, a Sapulpa resident for the past 65 years, passed away Sunday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
