Virginia Wildey, 83, of Sapulpa, died Thursday at Ranch Terrace Nursing Center.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Chapel with
the Rev. David Houchin officiating.
Burial will follow at South Heights
Cemetery.
She was born in Sapulpa Jan. 16, 1909, and lived here most of her life. She
graduated from Sapulpa High School and earned a teaching certificate from the
University of Tulsa. She married Walter C. Wildey on April 18, 1938, in Sapulpa.
Mrs. Wildey was a member of the Rebecca Lodge in Jenks and a 70-year member
of the First Baptist Church, Sapulpa. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1947.
Survivors include son Virgil Wildey of Kingwood, Texas; step-son Ralph Wildey of
Jenks; and two grandchildren.
The casket will not be opened at the service.

Services for Virginia Wildey were held Saturday at Owen Funeral Home Chapel with
burial at South Heights Cemetery. The Rev. David Houchin officiated.
