Howard E. Wiley, 63, 5164 W. 65th St., Tulsa, died Thursday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Little Rock, Ark.
Funeral arrangements are pending under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
He was born Feb 3, 1929, in Sapulpa. A lifelong area resident, he was a veteran of World War II, served in the Marine Corps and worked for the Public Service Company.
Survivors include daughters, Sandra Million of Bristow and Nicoli Eddleman of Sapulpa; brothers, Floyd Wiley of Kellyville, Maynard Wiley of Tulsa, Charles and Raymond Wiley of Sapulpa; sisters, Bessie Bilow of Sapulpa, Lois Cowan of Chouteau, Ruby Slaytor of Mounds; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services for Howard (Dude) Wiley will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, at Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Floyd officiating.
Burial will follow at the National Cemetery at Fort Gibson under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
