Michael David Williams, 18, of Tulsa, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 1995, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. 

Services will be at 10 am Friday at Smith Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Bixby Cemetery, directed by Smith Funeral Home. 

Mr. Williams was born May 30, 1977 in Sapulpa. He was a student at the Rogers High School and was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church. 

He was preceded in death by a brother, Adam, on July 30, 1995. 

Survivors include his parents, David and Susie Mefford Williams, of the home; a brother, Andy Williams of the home; a sister, Crystal Williams of the home; his grandparents, Dollie Williams of Bristow and Audrey Mefford of Sapulpa; and a step-grandparent, Peggy Williams of Mannford.

Services for Mike Williams were held today in the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Chip Reynolds officiating. Burial was in Bixby Cemetery. 

Casket bearers were Donald Williams, Randy Williams, Larry Mecom, Robbie Mecom, Harold Williams, Danny Owens and Tom Mefford. 

Mike, the 18-year old son of David and Susie Williams, died Tuesday.

Smith Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
