BRISTOW - Lawrence (Wes) Richmond Williams, 70, of Bristow, died Friday at his home.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Olive Baptist Church.

Burial will be at Magnolia Memorial Gardens, Bristow, with arrangements by Schumacher Funeral Home of Bristow.

Mr. Williams was born on June 11, 1918, in Mannford. He was an area resident most of his life, was a Baptist and attended church in Yale. He was an industrial painter and sandblaster.

Survivors include wife Maxine Williams; son Larry Williams of Mannford; daughters Diane Wenzel and Ruby Gee, both of Sand Springs, Kathy Williams of Bristow; brother Ellsworth Williams of Sand Springs, Chester Williams of Tulsa, Virgil Williams of Lawrence, Kan; sister Zelma Bachus of Tulsa; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
