COLLINSVILLE - Billie Wineford Pratt, 72, Collinsville, died Friday at her home.

Services were today at the Central Baptist Church in Owasso, with the Rev. Bob Atwood officiating.

Burial was in Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Sapulpa, under the direction of Mowery Funeral Home, Owasso.

She was born April 4, 1917, in Kansas City, MO and was employed as a seamstress in Tulsa.

Survivors include husband Richard H. Pratt; son Richard Pratt of Bixby; daughter Susan Carter of Plano, Texas; sister Flossie Holzemer of Sapulpa; and five grandchildren.
