Owen T. Wright, 49, Bristow, died Monday, Oct. 16, 1995 at his home. 

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Collinsville with the Rev. Wana Archer officiating. 

Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Blackwell, directed by Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home. 

He was born Jan. 9, 1946 in Blackwell. He married Pam Friddle on May 13, 1966 in Nardin. He graduated from Blackwell High School in 1963. He lived in Collinsville from 1972 to 1994, when he moved to Bristow. He owned and operated Owen's Barber Shop in Collinsville for more than 25 years. He was a 32nd degree Mason. He was a former member and past president of the Kiwanis Club. 

Survivors include his wife, Pam Wright, of the home; two sons, Russell and Bryan Wright, also of the home, his mother, Thelma R. Hull, Ponca City; and a sister, Janice Peyton, Excello, MO. 

He was preceded in death by his father Melvin Wright, in 1950.
