Updated: 06 Sep 2009 WRIGHT, Lula Lula Myrtle Kilgore Wright, 83, died Wednesday at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home. Services are scheduled for 10:30 am Saturday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgard Funeral Home Chapel in Mineral Wells, Texas, with the Rev. Bobby Morrow officiating. Owen Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements. Burial will be in the Woodland Park Cemetery in Mineral Wells. Miss Wright was born Feb. 25, 1907, in Bessie May, Texas. She worked as a sales clerk at Hill’s Style Shop in Mineral Wells for many years. After retiring, she moved to Tulsa and later to Sapulpa, where she lived the last four years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Woodman Circle Lodge and the Rebecca Lodge, all in Mineral Wells. Survivors include daughter Betty Morrow of Glenpool; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The family will headquarter at the Betty Morrow home in Glenpool. |
