Thomas O. Wyatt, 66, Oklahoma City, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 1995 in Tulsa after he was involved in a truck accident. 

Services will be 11 am Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. John Hall officiating. 

Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens, directed by Smith Funeral Home. 

He was born May 21, 1929 in Lillington, Colo. He served in the Army Air Corps. 

Survivors include his wife, Sandra, of the home; a stepson, Mark; and two nieces, both of Florida.
