Cleola Yardley, 79, Sapulpa, died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Wednesday at First Assembly Church of God.

Burial is to follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Yardley was born May 2, 1914 in Miller, Okla. She was a Sapulpa resident since 1972 moving here from San Antonio. She was a member of the First Assembly of God church, and was the church's secretary for seven years. She was preceded in death by husband Euel.

Survivors include sons Lynn Yardley of Mounds and John Yardley of Greensburg, Pa.; five granddaughters and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Cleola Yardley were to be held this morning in the First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Wayne Pense officiating.

Interment was to follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Serving as casket bearers were Paul Ferguson, Glen McGuire, Tom Shirley, Lester Upshaw, Tom Wright and David Stroup. Honorary bearers were Ralph Stroup, George Tyler and Ed Wells.

Yardley, a long-time Sapulpa resident died Sunday in Tulsa.
