Oscar (O. C.) York, 77, of Sapulpa, died Tuesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 pm Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Hutchinson, Kan.

Burial will follow under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. York was born March 8, 1914, in Durant. He worked as a truck driver for Park Hill Trucking Co. He moved to Sapulpa from Tulsa 23 years ago. He married Evelyn M. Nichels.

Survivors include wife, Evelyn; brothers Rudolph York and Eugene York of Broken Arrow, Jack York of Bixby and Joe York of Sand Springs; sisters Jonnie Laubach of Berryhill and Mary Faye Wilson of Sand Springs.

Graveside services for Oscar C. (O. C.) York were held Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson, Kans., with the Rev. LeRoy Smoot officiating.

Burial followed under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Survivors include wife Evelyn, son Richard L. York of Oklahoma City, brothers Rudolph York and Eugene York, both of Broken Arrow, Jack York of Bixby and Joe York of Sand Springs; sisters Jonnie Laubash of Berryhill and Mary Faye Wilson of Sand Springs.
