GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Former Sapulpan Mr. Paul N. Young, 88, of Grand Junction, Colo., died May 16 at the Grand Junction Care Center.

A memorial service is scheduled for 11 am Thursday in the Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Dan Kellerstrass officiating.

Mr. Young's body was cremated.

He was born Dec 1, 1899, in Lyons, Kan. He lived in Sapulpa and worked as a linotype operator at the Sapulpa Daily Herald before moving to Grand Junction in 1946. Mr. Young was co-owner and operator of the Wilson-Young Printing Co. in Grand Junction for 35 years.

Mr. Young married Lillian Esther Peacock on April 16, 1921, in Winfield, Kan.

Survivors include wife Lillian; and three sisters Ernestine Herrin and Ruth Young, both of Arkansas City, Kan., and Evelyn Brown of Derby, Kan.

The family has requested donations be made to either the Shriners Crippled Children's Fund or the Unity Center of Life Church, Grand Junction.
