William Bailey Kahl was born June 27, 1938 at Staten Island, New York.  He was the son of William Roe Kahl and Elizabeth Bailey Kahl.  Bailey passed away Sunday, November 22, 2009 at his home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.  He was 71 years of age.

Bailey Kahl and Ardis Thoresen were united in marriage on August 16, 1982.  They have celebrated 27 years of marriage.  During that time, they have resided at their home in Delaware and Sapulpa for the past several years.

    Bailey was employed with the State of Delaware as a Speech Pathologist, retiring in 1996.  Bailey was a member of the Rotary Club.  In his spare time, Bailey enjoyed restoring old cars (Fiats), sailing, model trains & reading.

    Bailey was preceded in death by his parents.

    Bailey is survived by: His beloved wife, Ardis of the home
