Marion S.  Dye, 75, of Del City, passed away Thurs., Sept. 8, 1994. He was born Oct. 1, 1918 in Sapulpa , Ok. to Jesse and Alla (Holland) Dye.

Mr. Dye was married to Cona Cherry on May 9, 1953 in Shawnee, Ok. He was a veteran of the Merchant Marines, serving his country during WWII and a retired truck driver.

Mr. Dye is survived by his wife, Cona of the home; a son, Gordon Dye; daughter, Teresa; 2 step daughters, Saundra Sartain of the home and Barbara Wickware of OKC; and one grandson, Eric Fletcher of OKC.

Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Mon., Sept. 12, 1994 at Bill Eisenhour SE Chapel with interment at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, Ok.
