State Man Cleared; His Release Ordered
The criminal court of appeals Wednesday
reversed the case of Mose "Sonny" Doty, given two years for
manslaughter in second degree in Creek county, and ordered his
discharged.
Doty had contended the evidence was
insufficient to convict him in connection with the auto death of
Burrell Wadsworth Rice at Sapulpa.
